1. What We Collect

We may collect the following information:

• Name, email, phone number, and state of residence
• Shipping address (to send your CMC Starter Kit)
• Payment info (processed by Stripe or Venmo — we do not store your card details)
• Intake and booking responses (goals, dietary needs, preferences)
• Device info, IP address, cookies, and usage data

2. How We Use It

• To provide coaching, products, and customer support
• To process payments securely
• To communicate via email and SMS (you can opt out anytime)
• To run analytics and social media / online advertising

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies & Tracking

Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which may set cookies needed to schedule your call. We may also use cookies and tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use the site and to improve our marketing. Google Analytics collects non-identifiable usage data such as page views, session duration, and traffic sources. You may disable cookies in your browser if you do not wish to be tracked.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party tools to run the business — including Calendly (scheduling), Zoom (calls), Stripe and Venmo (payments), Google Workspace (email and files), and our coaching software. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but cannot guarantee 100% security due to the nature of the internet.

6. Your Rights

You may request to access, update, or delete your data at any time by emailing cmcnutrition.coaching@gmail.com.

7. Minors

This site and its services are not intended for users under 18.

Terms & Conditions

1. Ownership & Use

All content on this site belongs to CMC Nutrition. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute it without permission.

2. Client Agreement

By booking services, you agree:

• To provide accurate information
• That CMC Nutrition offers education, not medical advice
• That results vary and are not guaranteed, except as described in the CMC Results Guarantee below

3. CMC Results Guarantee

At the start of coaching we set a clear, realistic goal together. If you follow the plan and complete your check-ins and do not reach that goal by the end of your program, CMC Nutrition will continue coaching you at no additional cost until you do. This guarantee is a continuation of coaching, not a cash refund.

4. Payments

All payments are processed via Stripe and Venmo. Coaching calls and services are not confirmed until payment is received.

5. Rescheduling

You must give 24+ hours' notice to reschedule a session. No-shows may forfeit the session.

6. Communication

By providing your contact info, you consent to receive emails and marketing texts. Text STOP or use the unsubscribe link to opt out.

7. Liability

You use this site and its services at your own risk. CMC Nutrition is not liable for any damages, injuries, or outcomes resulting from use of the site or its content.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

CMC Nutrition and all related services provide educational guidance only and do not replace:

By using this site, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own health decisions

Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes:

• 1:1 coaching sessions
• Custom meal plans
• Digital downloads
• Courses or workshops

We do not offer refunds for completed services, digital products, or missed coaching calls. If you believe you have a special case, contact us at cmcnutrition.coaching@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
